The Real Housewives of Vancouver

One of the most popular shows on the Slice network in Canada is The Real Housewives of Vancouver. In August of that year, Shaw Media began filming its inaugural season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. At 9 p.m. ET/PT on April 4, 2012, the show had its television debut. The 1.2 million viewers who tuned in for the two-hour launch set a new record for the network's highest-rated debut ever. It was announced on May 30, 2012, by Slice, that the show would be returning for a second season. Jody Claman, Mary Zilba, Ronnie Seterdahl Negus, and Amanda Hansen joined forces with newcomers Ioulia Reynolds, and Robin Richmond Reichman to begin filming Season 2 in July of 2012. The second season began airing on February 5th, 2013, at 10pm ET/PT. Rather than cutting the season even further, Slice decided to forego a reunion for the second season. According to a press release dated June 6, 2013, Shaw Media, the corporation that owns Slice, has put the show "on hold" while it investigates other options.
