The Amanda Show
The Amanda Show is an American sketch comedy and variety program that ran on Nickelodeon from October 16, 1999, until September 30, 2002. It starred Amanda Bynes, Drake Bell, and Nancy Sullivan, as well as John Kassir, Raquel Lee, and Josh Peck, who joined and left the cast at various times. The show was a spin-off of All That, in which Bynes co-starred for years. The series was abruptly canceled at the end of 2002, according to the creator's blog. John Hoberg, Steven Molaro, Andrew Hill Newman, and Dan Schneider wrote for the show. Dan Schneider produced a new sitcom, Drake & Josh, featuring Drake Bell, Josh Peck, and Nancy Sullivan, two years after The Amanda Show ended.
