Spider-Man

Spider man is a Japanese television series produced by Toei Company, loosely centered on Marvel's spider man personality. The series lasted 41 episodes, which aired about the Wednesday 19:30 JST time slot of Tokyo Channel 12 to March 14, 1979, from May 17, 1978. There was A theatrical event likewise shown at the Toei Manga Matsuri filmfestival on July 22, 1978. Marvel published subtitled versions of the movie as well as all 41 episodes in their site. While the version of the personality of Toei wore the same costume as his Marvel counterpart,'' the narrative and the origin of the abilities of the character of the show deviated from the foundation material. Besides fighting himself, the incarnation of spider man also piloted a huge robot called Leopardon, which he would summon to thwart enlarged versions of the monsters of the show off. The giant robot concept would be adopted by toei at incarnations of these Super Sentai franchise.
