In Choi Gyung Seok, a church elder who promises to re locate the flock, their faith has been placed by the denizens of some village with their municipality scheduled to be flooded to make way for the construction of a dam. Choi tells the villagers where they are going to be able to live together after town is wholly submerged, they are going to construct a church and a new housing development.
