Iron Chef

Iron Chef is a Japanese television cooking series produced by Fuji Television. The series, which premiered on October 10, 1993, is now a stylized cook-off including guest chefs hard one of this show's resident"Iron Chefs" in a diligent cooking battle built around a particular theme ingredient. Although periodic specials were produced until 2002 the series ended on September 2-4, 1999. The series aired 309 episodes. Repeats are often aired about Special Broadcasting Service in Australia and also on the Cooking Channel in the United States. Fuji TV will broadcast a new version of the series, titled Iron Chef.
