Interceptor
Interceptor is a game Series created by Jacques Antoine, Jean Jacques Pasquier and Malcolm Heyworth. It was created by Chatsworth in association with Thames and displayed around the ITV system with one final episode displayed on 1 January 1990 for a New Year special and held back, during the summer of 1989. It was manufactured inbetween Treasure Hunt and The Crystal Maze, game shows by the exact same manufacturing company.
The show was hosted by tennis player and Treasure Hunt sky-runner Annabel Croft. The eponymous Interceptor was played by actor Sean O'Kane.
Critics and viewers received well interceptor, yet just eight episodes were first made. Nonetheless, the show has something of a cult following, which influenced re runs on TV station Challenge. A people vote by UKGameshows.com in 2002 saw the series the UK's 13th best match show.
