Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma

Yukihira Souma's ambition is to work full-time in his father's restaurant and to outperform him in the kitchen. Yukihira's father, Yukihira Jouichirou, closes the restaurant just as Yukihira graduates from middle school to travel and cook all over the world. Souma's fighting spirit is rekindled by Jouichirou's struggle of surviving in a prestigious culinary school where only 10% of students graduate. Is Souma going to be able to make it?
