The future has here, and adolescent gang violence is so rampant that the neighborhoods surrounding some schools have become "free-fire zones" where even the police would not go. When Kennedy High School's principal, Miles Langford, decides to reclaim his school from the gangs, robotics expert Dr. Robert Forrest delivers "tactical education units." These are incredible human-like androids that have been designed to educate and are given devastatingly effective punishment methods.
