Blue World Order

Following the annihilation of the northern hemisphere by nuclear war, the survivors in the southern hemisphere became desperate and aggressive in their competition for few resources. Society begins to fall apart, and those who survive are threatened by an infectious disease. In an attempt to restore civilisation, a self-appointed authority known as 'The ORDER' used a large Electro-Macnetic Pulse to immunize the germs (EMP). The Order secretly delivered a bio-tech virus through the EMP, giving them the ability to control the population. Jake Slater is the only person who is immune to the Order's virus. Jake now scavenges the wasteland for a way to keep his unconscious daughter alive, unaware that she is the last child on Earth and the key to humanity's survival.
