The Grown-Ups
Anita, Rita, Ricardo and Andrés have been attending a school for children with Down syndrome for 40 decades. After this time, they have started to cycle of the comfortable atmosphere. Now over 4-5 yrs of age, many of those feel that employed in the school bakery is no more a challenge. Additionally they yearn for freedom on a more personal level. Andrés and anita come in love but nevertheless live with their own families. They dream of obtaining a quiet spot to be alone together, and raise a family group and they want to get married. The society they live in is not equipped to appeal for their desire for greater independence. Regardless of the training they receive on becoming"responsible adults," all four of these remain reliant upon others to make decisions for them, much to their frustration.
